Financing Options

The cost of your treatment may vary based on your individual needs and treatment plan. For all treatments, we require payment at the time of your appointment. At your visit, we’ll review your treatment costs along with any available payment plan options, so you can make the best decision for yourself, your smile, and your family. 

If you have dental insurance, please note that we are an Out-of-Network provider and still require full payment at the time of service. We encourage you to confirm with your insurance provider whether Out-of-Network coverage is accepted. As a courtesy, our team will gladly assist you by preparing and submitting your insurance claims. To expedite the process, please bring your current insurance details, including your forms, policyholder’s card, and group number. Your insurance company will then process the claim and may reimburse you directly for any covered portion of your treatment. 

At our dental office in Seattle, WA, we offer several convenient ways for you to plan and pay for your care. We accept personal checks, cash, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. 

Additionally, we can help you arrange third-party financing through CareCredit, which allows you to receive the care you need with affordable monthly payments.

Appointment Cancellation

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and you may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If so, please notify us at least 72 business hours in advance to avoid a cancellation charge. This notice allows us time to offer the appointment to another patient in need. Because we provide highly personalized care and do not overbook, your cooperation helps us maintain the quality of service we offer every patient.
